Cancellation: Kent Place reserves the right to cancel any programs that do not have sufficient enrollment.
Health Office: A registered nurse is on duty daily.
Meals: Tuition includes a daily lunch for those campers enrolled in Junior Camp, Day Camp, Summer Academy, the Passport Camp, the Creative Arts Workshop, Pre-K Camp Aftercare and the CIT Program. Due to the increasing number of campers with allergies, peanut butter is not served in our Dining Hall. Camp programs and lunches are designed for our general population of campers, therefore; we are not able to individualize diets or programs.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals must be made in writing by May 1, 2019, to receive a full refund minus the $50 deposit. After May 1, the camp tuition becomes nonrefundable. The balance of the tuition is due by May 1 and is nonrefundable for any reason.
Registration: All registrations for Kent Place Summer Camp 2019 will be done online. Payment by credit card is now available. Enrollment is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $50 registration fee per family and a 50 percent tuition deposit must be paid when registering online.
Camper Responsibilities: Campers are expected to abide by the camp rules and conduct themselves in a responsible manner. Failure to do so could result in the child’s dismissal. Kent Place Summer Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Campers should not bring valuable items to camp.
