Kent Place’s Middle and Upper Schools, in partnership with the Community Life and Well-Being Office, recently welcomed Monique Vogelsang to campus for two assemblies, both centered on identity, belonging, and the power of the stories we tell.
From Opening Convocation's candle-lighting ceremony to Commencement's Daisy Chain, long-held and deeply valued traditions keep our Kent Place community — which many call a Sisterhood — close and connected.

Class mascots have been around since the early 1900s. Each mascot is revealed during a much-anticipated moment during Step Sing, our spring farewell tradition for the graduating class. At the conclusion of the ceremony, rising seniors take their place in the Great Room to announce their class mascot.
