With only 73 seconds left in overtime, connecting on a perfect pass from Molly Brozowski ’26, Ava Builione ’26 found the back of the net for a euphoric 3-2 victory and Kent Place's first Cohen Cup win.
Senior Dragons Sign NCAA Division I Letters of Intent
On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, Kent Place School hosted a ceremony to witness six senior Dragons sign NCAA letters of intent to play Division I athletics at the collegiate level. Student-athletes were joined by family, friends, coaches, and Kent Place faculty and staff to honor their achievements.
The following seniors signed letters of intent during the ceremony: Alexandra Anderson, who will be playing Tennis at Georgetown University; Lillian Eccles, who will be playing lacrosse at University of Notre Dame; Lindsay Hausman, who will be running at Duke University; Sophia Miller, who will be playing field hockey at Duke University; Lola Possick, who will be fencing at University of Notre Dame; and Heidi Rosely, who will be playing lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University.
In her opening remarks, Vicky Browne, Kent Place Director of Athletics, shared, “You are all shining examples of what is possible, and you are role models for our future athletes. Kent Place will always be here, cheerleading for you.”
Kent Place is proud to support all scholar-athletes who are interested in pursuing their athletic career at the next level than ever before, and we look forward to celebrating more of our college-committed athletes over the coming months.
