Kent Place Students Earn National Merit and AP Scholar Distinctions

Kent Place is pleased to announce that seniors Nupur Ballal and Katherine Lyon are Semifinalists in the 2023 National Merit Scholarship Program. Seniors Charlotte Betz, Lindsay Hausman, Elina Kapur, Victoria Ng, Jessica Park, Seema Parmar, Lola Possick, Ella Schestag, Sneha Shirhattikar, Ishani Wadhwa, Caitlin Williams, Sophie Williams, Kristine Yang, and Serena Zheng received commendations.

Ninety students have been honored by the College Board in recognition of their college-level achievement on Advanced Placement (AP) examinations taken last spring.

This designation is granted to students who earn an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.
