Kent Place Improved to 7-0 with Shutout Victory Against New Providence

Kent Place, ranked #3 in the state improved to 7-0 with a shutout win against New Providence.  Alex Anderson, Nikki Kintiroglou, and Tina Kintiroglou all won in straight sets dropping a combined two games.  Annabelle Walter and Caroline Hand stepped up and played first doubles and won 6-3, 7-6 (7-5).  Elina Kapur and Priyanka Somaiya won in a super tiebreaker to give KPS its other point on the day.  KPS is back in action on Wednesday against conference rival Westfield.  This will be the third meeting this season between the two teams.
