Report of Gifts 2019 Wins Brilliance Award

Kent Place School won a 2020 Bronze InspirED School Marketers Brilliance Award this year for its Report of Gifts in the only international competition that recognizes excellence in private and independent school marketing and communications exclusively. The Brilliance Awards are sponsored by InspirED School Marketers, a website that provides “brilliant ideas and brain food” for private school administrators around the globe.

The entries were judged by a volunteer panel of 69 marketing experts from around the world who are professionals in private schools or businesses that specialize in school marketing. The entries were scored on creativity, persuasiveness, design, copy, photography and overall appeal.

Produced by Director of Advancement Coral Butler Brooks P ’25 and Special Projects Manager Aimee Singer ’88 and designed by Proof Design Studios, the Brilliance Awards Judges described the Report of Gifts 2019 as “…a true celebration of the school’s achievements. An engaging document to which other schools should aspire to produce.” The book was praised for its content and design that not only highlighted the school’s donors, but also the school’s achievements, current events, and Class of 2019 profile.
