KPS MS Tennis takes the win against Newark Academy

The Kent Place Dragons had a convincing 2-3 win over Newark Academy yesterday. On court 1 Alexandra Anderson and Caroline McGinley easily handled their opponents 8-0. Second doubles team Malin Phelan and Samara Green fought hard against their tough opponents, playing well but ultimately losing 8-4. On court 3 Elina Kapur and Nora Lee had an impressive 8-2 win, playing with confidence and smarts. Fourth doubles team Nupur Ballal and Olivia Adamczyk played hard, clinching the team win for the Dragons with an 8-5 victory. Fifth doubles team Lucy Bashforth and Sahana Kapoor played with enthusiasm but lost 3-8. Courts 6 and 7, played by Sofie Cozine and Sonali Kamilla and Kara Pantozzi and Nora Lee (2nd match) gained valuable playing experience and fought hard. Congratulations Dragons!!
