Kent Place App

Step 1

As you open the app, the Home screen automatically appears.

Step 2

Parents/guardians can read the latest School News at the top of the screen. Click on the story to read more. Once done, you can select the back arrow button on the upper left corner to go back to Home. 

Step 3

The Home screen also displays our Upcoming Events here. (This is pulled from the calendar shared in the Handbook and during re-enrollment) .

Step 4

In the top left corner, select the Notifications menu (bell icon) to view recent updates. To customize your experience, open the Settings menu to adjust your device preferences.

Step 1

Select Calendar on the bottom navigation.

Step 2

Select Filter — the 3 line icon — on the top right corner.

Step 3

Select the calendar(s) you would like to see appear on your app.

NOTE: All Key Dates and Holidays, as well as Parents' Association and DEIB events will be filtered in each division, so if you are selecting multiple divisions, you may see double entry. 

When finished, tap Show Results.

Select Athletics on the bottom navigation.

Step 2

Select Filter — the 3 line icon — on the top right corner.

Step 3

Select the sports you would like to see appear on your app by toggling them on. 

Please note: You can select the dropdown for the athletic season you'd like to view: Fall, Winter, or Spring.

When finished, tap Show Results.

If you see a possible error on the athletics calendar, please contact caprioc@kentplace.org.

Step 1 - School News

Select School News from the bottom navigation to read current stories about KPS.

Select More on the bottom right corner of the App.

Step 2

Select Faculty & Staff Directory listed on the screen.

Step 3

You are able to search for specific faculty and staff members by using the search option. By selecting an employee you will see their contact information. 

When finished, tap the back arrow in the upper left side of the screen.

Select More from the bottom navigation.
