Frances Griffith Laserson ’66: President, The Moody’s Foundation

Ms. Laserson is President of The Moody’s Foundation, overseeing its charitable giving program and the community affairs and corporate social responsibility programs for Moody’s Corporation.
Ms. Laserson was asked to create the foundation in 2001 and has led the expansion of its programs globally. Previously she was Vice President, Corporate Communications, Moody’s Corporation, responsible on the corporate level for the firm’s public relations, media relations, employee communications, corporate branding and advertising. She is a member of Moody’s Diversity Council.

Ms. Laserson is a member of the board of directors of The Center for Talent Innovation and is a director also of Autism 360 and Prep for Prep. She is an active member of The Women’s Forum of New York, The Clinton Global Initiative, Philanthropy New York CEO Roundtable, the Corporate Contributions Council and the Global Social Investing Council of the Conference Board. Ms. Laserson graduated from Sweet Briar College, where she was elected trustee emerita.
