Girls’ Leadership Institute | Summer at Kent Place School

For 25 years, the Girls' Leadership Institute at Kent Place has empowered girls to discover their full leadership potential.
Our summer programs are for Primary, Middle, and High School students in grades 4–10.
Paricipants work closely with high school and college mentors, many who are alumnae of the GLI program!
Participants of the Upper School program conduct comprehensive self-assessments of their leadership to create an action plan for growth and goal execution.
All of our programs tackle outdoor ventures and team-building challenges, inspiring and motivating others.
In our Primary and Middle programs, participants set goals, face challenges, and develop greater resilience.
GLI programs take advantage of our 26-acre campus, which includes our state-of-the-art Center for Innovation.
Participants venture off campus to offer greater immersion in real-life experiences.
