Kent Place International Day of the Girl Mission

Kent Place’s celebration of International Day of the Girl’s (KPSIDG) mission is to educate our community and to help galvanize enthusiasm for initiatives to better girls’ lives, providing an opportunity for them to show leadership and reach their full potential. Consistent with the United Nations when it designated a day for International Day of the Girl, KPSIDG believes that the empowerment of and investment in girls are key in breaking the cycle of discrimination and violence and in promoting and protecting the full and effective enjoyment of their human rights.
