About Our Events

We provide various opportunities for Kent Place School families, faculty and staff to consider and discuss important ethical issues. Several of these events and workshops are also open to the public.

We also offer professional development workshops to schools and organization that are interested in learning about ethics, wish to incorporate ethical-decision making processes, and find ways to examine important topics through an ethical lens.

This year our virtual workshops, chats, and speaker series aim to provide a platform to learn, practice and promote engaged, ethical dialogue to help us navigate our challenging and uncertain times.

Testimonials

“Within an ever faster changing world, the workshops clearly show that ethical decision making is and will be a constant within our lives. It helps us to bridge different cultures, religions, beliefs, and value systems. It is our responsibility as parents to pass this continuous learning process on to our children.”
- Nathalie Tiepoldt-Schmitz, KPS Parent

“'It’s Just Twitter' is one of the best workshops on digital life that I have attended. Your thoughts about the need for adults to talk about these issues rather than lecture are critical.”
- Marti Weston, Author of Media! Tech! Parenting!
