Kent Place second-graders have been studying the people, animals, and geographies of our world’s continents — as they are today and from many years ago — as part of their science and social studies curricula, and this week they went on an exciting field trip that would bring their lessons to life. Equipped with their backpacks, notebooks, and adventurous spirits, the girls visited the Museum of Natural History, in New York City.
The KPS golf program emphasizes character as well as skill development, mental preparation, and knowledge of the rules.
Our players have a passion for golf and strive to realize their athletic potential. The strong caliber of our players means that daily practices and matches are quite competitive, which raises the collective level of play.
In the spring, our team plays nine-hole matches against other Union County and state prep schools and competes at New Jersey State and New Jersey Prep championship events. KPS plays its schedule at outstanding golf venues such as Baltusrol, Fiddlers Elbow, and Canoe Brook, the team’s home course.
We look forward to welcoming you to the program.

Participation in athletics is an integral part of the overall school experience for our students, and our athletic teams are a source of pride for the Kent Place community. Our philosophy is to provide a competitive athletic program where our student-athletes can reach their full potential.
