The Strategic Plan is the result of a two-year development process, drawing on the wisdom and experience of hundreds of Kent Place community members. It's grounded in research, refined through multiple rounds of revision, and inspired by the life and work of our students, our graduates, and our faculty and staff. The plan affirms four institutional priorities: learning with purpose, leading with ethics, thriving in community, and investing in one another. The results will be transformative for our students and for the world.

Kent Place School is an independent all-girls day school that provides a dynamic education for young women who demonstrate strong scholastic and creative ability. A highly selective college preparatory school, Kent Place has earned a strong national reputation for providing a 21st-century education and leadership development through its comprehensive curriculum.

 Kent Place continually attracts students from communities throughout northern and central New Jersey to our 26-acre campus in Summit, NJ. Enrolled in Preschool through Grade 12 are more than 650 students, 54 percent of whom are students of color. Kent Place's Preschool is coeducational.
