Camp registration will begin on February 1.
Registration
Enrollment is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $25 registration fee per famly and a 50 percent tutition deposit must be included with the registration form. The deposit is refundable until May 1, 2008, less a $100 administrative fee. Full payment for all camps and/or classes is due by June 1, 2008 and is nonrefundable for any reason after that date. Campers will forfeit their place if payment is not received by this date.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals mist be made in writing by May 1, 2008, to receive a refund of the 50 percent tuition deposit. A $100 administrative fee will be charged. After May 1, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. The balance of the tuition is due by June 1, 2008, and is nonrefundable for any reason.
Cancellation
Kent Place reserves the right to cancel any programs that do not have sufficient enrollment.
Health Office
A registered nurse is on duty daily.
Meals
Tuition includes a daily lunch for those
campers enrolled in Junior Camp, Day Camp, the Passport Program and the Creative
Arts Workshop. Due to the increasing number of campers with
allergies, peanut butter is not served in our dining hall. Camp programs and lunches are designed for our general population
of campers. Due to the number of campers attending at different
times during the summer, we are not able to individualize
diets or programs.
General Information
Campers are expected to abide by the camp rules and conduct
themselves in a responsible manner. Failure to do so could
result in the child's dismissal.
Summer Explorations at Kent Place is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Campers should not bring valuable items to camp.
