Registration
CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ONLINE! Enrollment is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $25 registration fee per family and a 50 percent tuition deposit must be included when you register. The deposit is refundable until May 1, 2010, less a $100 administrative fee. Full payment for all camps and/or classes is due by June 1, 2010, and is nonrefundable for any reason after that date. Campers will forfeit their place if payment is not received by this date.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals must be made in writing by May 1, 2010, to receive a refund of the 50 percent tuition deposit. A $100 administrative fee will be charged. After May 1, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. The balance of the tuition is due by June 1, 2010, and is nonrefundable for any reason.
Cancellation
Kent Place reserves the right to cancel any programs that do not have sufficient enrollment.
Health Office
A registered nurse is on duty daily.
Meals
Tuition includes a daily lunch for those
campers enrolled in Junior Camp, Day Camp, Summer Academy, the Passport Program, the Creative
Arts Workshop and the CIT Program. Due to the increasing number of campers with
allergies, peanut butter is not served in our dining hall. Camp programs and lunches are designed for our general population
of campers, therefore, we are not able to individualize
diets or programs.
Discounts
Family referall discount - $100 discount for you when a family that enrolls in camp uses your name as a referral.
Camper Responsibilities
Campers are expected to abide by the camp rules and conduct
themselves in a responsible manner. Failure to do so could
result in the child's dismissal.
Summer Explorations at Kent Place is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Campers should not bring valuable items to camp.
There will be no camp on Monday, July 5, 2010, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
