Kent Place views the college application process as an opportunity for each student to define her goals and learn what it means to make a well-informed decision. We tailor college advising to the needs of individual students and their families. Our aim is to give each student the tools to select the college that best matches her interests, temperament and aspirations. Kent Place graduates enter college with excellent writing skills and strong study habits, and they feel comfortable speaking up in class and pursuing knowledge on their own. Admissions representatives from top colleges and universities are drawn to Kent Place each year to meet our students, whose impressive achievements encompass academics, athletics and visual and performing arts. They are regularly named National Merit Scholars, Advanced Placement Scholars and Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholars. They have presented research findings at national conferences. Their creative work has won accolades on regional and state levels.
